Every program on one page: four junior steps and adult training alongside them.

The Programs

Five programs, one standard.

Four junior programs run as one pathway (a player joins where they are and moves up as they earn it), with adult training alongside. Pick a step to jump straight to it.

  1. Beginner & Intermediate Training

Where it starts, and the step straight after it: the core strokes learned correctly from a stable base, then put into motion.

  2. Advanced Training

Where a playing game becomes a competitive one: the same shots, held together under real pressure.

  3. High Performance Team Training

The tournament pathway: qualify and compete provincially and nationally, with our coaches travelling alongside you.

  4. National Team Elite Training

Our highest tier, for provincial and national-level players only. Limited spots, by selection.

Beginner & Intermediate Training.

Where it begins, done right from day one.

Stage one · Beginner

Where it starts. Players learn the game the right way from day one, starting with the core strokes and the mechanics behind them: the clear, the drive, the lunge, and the footwork that ties it all together. At this stage we build clean technique from a stable, static base, so every stroke is learned correctly before we add speed. Get the foundation right, and everything after it comes easier.

Stage two · Intermediate

The next step. Players take the same strokes (clear, drive, lunge, and movement) and put them into motion. We add complexity and sharpen every shot, shifting from a static base to active, on-the-move execution: shuffling, recovering, and hitting from real match positions. This is where solid fundamentals start to become a real playing game.

Who it’s for
New and developing young players: kids and teens learning the game properly from the start, so nothing has to be un-learned later.
What they’ll train
Sound technique from the ground up: grip, footwork, the core strokes, and early match craft, then the same strokes on the move.
What they walk away with
A real foundation: clean technique, confident movement, and a game that holds together in a live rally.

Advanced Training.

Where a playing game becomes a competitive one.

The step between owning your strokes and being able to use them. Players arrive here with a real playing game; the work is making it hold up under speed, under pressure, and against someone trying to take it apart.

Who it’s for
Players who have the strokes on the move and are ready to be pushed by the standard of the group around them.
What they’ll train
Shot quality under pressure, pace and consistency, court coverage, and the decisions that turn a rally into a point.
What they walk away with
A game that stands up to a real opponent, and the readiness to step onto the tournament pathway.

High Performance Team Training.

Compete under the Project banner.

This is the tournament pathway. Our High Performance players qualify and compete at provincial and national tournaments, with our coaches travelling alongside them to compete. It’s where developing players become real competitors.

Who it’s for
Young athletes ready to represent the Project in tournaments: players who want a team standard to hold to, on and off the court.
What they’ll train
Tournament preparation, match simulation, doubles chemistry and rotation, pre-competition routines, and match review. Your child trains alongside teammates who push them and hold the same standard.
What they walk away with
Match-ready sharpness, a team that has their back, and the confidence that comes from competing as part of something bigger than themselves.

National Team Elite Training.

For the junior athlete chasing the top of the sport.

Our highest tier: training alongside coaches who compete at the national and international level. This program is built for provincial and national-level players only: the athletes chasing the top of the sport, training to the same standard we hold ourselves to on the world circuit.

Limited spots · by selection

Who it’s for
Committed young competitors who have the fundamentals and are ready to push toward the highest levels: provincial, national, and beyond.
What they’ll train
Structured, high-intensity sessions covering advanced technique, tactical match play, deception, speed, endurance, and the mental side of competing. Training load and progression are planned deliberately across the season, not improvised week to week.
What they walk away with
A complete competitive game built to hold up under pressure, and an honest, expert picture of what it takes to reach the next level.

Adult Training.

Beyond the junior academy. Adults train seriously here too.

Whether you’re picking the sport back up, training to sharpen your game, or getting serious about competing. Some come to improve for the love of it and to hold their own against friends. Others train to compete at tournaments and push themselves at a higher level. Wherever you’re starting, you’ll get real coaching built around your goals.

  • Private Training (1:1)

One-on-one sessions built entirely around you. In-depth focus, a personalized plan, fast and measurable improvement.

  • Semi-Private Training (1:2)

The same personalized coaching, shared with one other player, perfect for training with your partner or a friend.

  • Group Lessons

Focused sessions with players at your level. The most cost-efficient way to train seriously without losing personal attention.
